[Resolvido] Can I have "not equal to" as output condition?

Hi, I am building a pizzaria chatbot.

Basically, I want my bot to go a certain box (box1) if the user says “I want a calabresa” but to another one if he says “I want a calabresa with gorgonzola”. (box2)

What I tried to do was a conditional output:

  1. Go to box1 if entity pizza is found

and

  1. Got to box2 if entity pizza is found and entity toppings is found.

This does not work, the bot always goes to box1. I wanted to add a negative condition for 1.

Go to box1 if entity pizza is found and entity toppings is not found

But I could not find a way to do this.

So, my questions are:

  1. Is there a way to have a negative condition?
  2. If no, is there a workaround?

Thank you for your help

I am not an expert, but I would put 2 before 1. I believe blip tries options in order they appear.

Regards.
