I’ve created a flow with > ‘Assistente de Conteúdo’. I’ve already connected Dialogflow, created the intents and entitites and build a flow using the contentAssistant variables. The model was trained and tested. It works fine when I try it with Blip’s Debug mode. But it is not working on WhatsApp.
This flow was built a few months ago a it was working fine, it suddenly stopped working on WhatsApp, nothing changed. Is there any extra configuration you’ve added recently?
I’ve also tried all this methods in this aricles but it seems not to be working on WhatsApp, just on Blip Channel:
